What if I don't like the character I get?
That's the deal — it's a sealed mystery box, so we can't peek, pick, or swap before shipping. Most collectors end up trading duplicates with each other, which is honestly half the fun. If you want a specific one, your best odds are grabbing a few.
Is this actually well-made, or will it fall apart?
Every figure is cast in durable PVC/ABS with a hand-painted finish and resin-detailed accents. Small attached pieces (bows, tears, hats) are secured during QC before packing — this is a display piece, not a chew toy.
How fast does it ship, and how is it packed?
Orders are boxed with corner protection and padded fill so nothing shifts in transit. You'll get tracking as soon as it leaves our hands. Packaging is plain and discreet — no giant logos giving away your mystery box on the porch.
Is this authentic, or some knockoff version?
Every CryCore figure ships sealed with its individually numbered collector card included — that's your authenticity marker straight out of the box. Nothing here is a bootleg cast.
Can I just buy the whole set?
You can grab as many single mystery boxes as you want to build toward the full lineup — we just don't let you cherry-pick which character comes in which box. That part stays random, always.
